sure signal with bt hub 2

Hi...new to community.....trying to install sure signal ...connected all cables, and now get 2 white flashing lights for say 5 minutes, then they go off and just the red power light stays on solid. I am using a BT hub v2...i have not adjusted any settings on this at present and am a complete novice.....Thanks in advance ...Alec

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
