It's not possible to follow all of the steps using an iPad.
I've noticed from the serial number posted is using an old version of software so I've sent the update through.
This will take around six hours to update so please don't turn off or reset the Sure Signal, once the lights have returned to normal, please reset the Sure Signal.
The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.
Please confirm which lights you're seeing on the Sure Signal.

The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
