HI
I have recently moved and am unable to access sure signal to change details. I have an online account and I have been onto Vodaphone and the box was re-registered. Although I can log on to My Vodaphone, there is no option for My Sure Signal. I did receive an email to say that it was ready to go, which included a website link which does not work!
I have a version 1 box, and have noticed that the 3rd light does not illuminate(Is that the 3G light?)
Please can anyone help? I have seen people with similar problems but I have not been able to open the thread.

Hi chrissi,
The 3rd. light (phone symbol) is only alight (flashes) when in use.
The 4th. light (tick symbol) is alight (steady) when the 3G signal is available.
To access your Sure Signal dashboard.......
Go to the main homepage in 'My Account'
You will have to enter a security code to enter 'My account' which is only valid for 20 minutes and is sent by sms to your phone, so you will have to get a signal on your phone briefly somehow.
