I have swapped my phone sim to a new phone and now sure signal won't work? I can't delete and reinstall the number as I am the owner, what do I do?

Hi,
After a sim swap it's suggested to de register the number for 24 hours and after that period of time re register and turn the phone Off and On to reboot it.
Current Phone >
Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512gb.
