suresignal problem

no changes of phones/sims but for some reason all 3 phones are now not receiving a signal.

 

the suresignal v3 has the power light and the first two lights are lit and solid.

 

Any ideas?

Hi there

Please go through the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread as this may help you to resolve your issue.  It has links to the key things you can do to try and resolve the issue you are experiencing.

 

Have you tried rebooting it?  Have you tried deregistering it and registering it again?

If the Troubleshooting Guide doesn't resolve your issues, please provide the info requested in the Issue not Listed link

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
