My v1 isn't working. I am not getting any 3G signal.
It first went out about 6 weeks ago, after several trouble-free years.
A Vodafone support person did a remote reset during a Live Chat a few weeks ago. I have done lots of hard resets myself.
I have changed the Etnernet cable, ethernet port on the modem (Home Hub 5) and swapped to a brand new HH5 modem.
I have had Openreach do lots of line checks, all successful. Average Download is 20Mbps, upload is 0.75Mbps
SerialNo. 21197107622
At first I was getting a variety of blinking patterns. Now all 4 lights are on permanently.

Hi
It maybe worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. Even if lights / power are showing. They are available on eBay for around £10.
From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."
Current Phone >
Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512gb.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I did that already having read it on other replies. It made no difference.

@Secret_Seagull I've manually sent an update to your Vodafone Sure Signal to help resolve your issue.
Please allow 24 hours before resetting your device.
Let us know if you're still having trouble after the reset.
