Hi skennedy,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Everything looks fine from what you’ve posted above.
Your Sure Signal is showing as last connecting to our servers last night. Has this improved at all?
If not, please let us know what light sequences you’re seeing when it’s in standby and when you try to make a call.
Thanks,
Jenny

Hi Jenny
Thank you, it was working at the time I ran the tests, it just seems very unreliable. It goes through the both lights flashing then signal light flashing sequence then I get the solid signal light. (The set up procedure) Some times this only stays on for a few seconds before going though it all again. Last night I saw a new sequence of alternating signal and in use lights flashing? Was this you resetting it? It is on now. But not confident it will last?
Thanks
Sharon
