I have recently changed my Broadband supplier and modem, do I need to make any changes re my Sure signal device?

Lets hope that as with many others, you are not affected by the dreaded MTU settings on the router which cannot be changed and means a new router...
Although this tends to be when upgrading to, or installing Fibre connections..
