suresignal v2 problem.  Has stopped working properly.   The 3rd light constantly flashes weakly.  The red power light is on, the second light never is on.  Device is 4 years old.   Can anyone help?

 

Answer was that power source had degraded.  Replace the power source, all now works.

 

HELLO  VODAFONE,  I HAVE SINCE FOUND THAT THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM WITH SURESIGNAL VERSIONS 1 AND 2.    I THINK THAT VODAFONE SHOULD REPLACE POWER SOURCES TO OWNERS OF THESE MODELS WHO ARE HAVING PROBLEMS DUE TO POWER SOURCE

This is down to general wear and tear from usage and isn't something we're able to offer.

Cheap power supplies made in China more likely...
