Hi

Who has advised you on needing that particular firmware?

Is the wifi calling toggle in your settings ?

It should be a carrier update I believe you need to watch out for.

FOTA (firmware over the air)

Hi, its not yet available in the + models. This could be your problem.

http://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/network/network-improvements/wi-fi-calling/

vodafone and samsung did not say to me the + model cant get wifi calling ?

To be fair Samsung wouldn't probably know Vodafones criteria for Calling Over Wifi, and as far as there concerned it's capable of the feature.

The Vodafone Agent might not have clicked regarding your phone being a model.

Like i didn't :smileysad:

Hi, you don't need android 6, it just needs Vodafone to activate for your device which should happen once the problems on the 6's have been ironed out, its just a matter of waiting for the announcement.
