after a week since fibre installation and no Internet I finally found the problem. City Fibre engineers, the eejits had used the wrong power adapters. The wifi hub they had connected it into the ont on the wall and ont power cable into the WiFi hub. Once they were swapped into the proper places internet worked straight away.
Why do they call them engineers? It's a insult to proper engineers, all they do is dig a trench in the garden and lay a cable to a box screwed on the wall.
