I have purchased 900mbps package which should have been activated on the 10th November. I have tested my speed and it seems to be around 2.5mbps. Nowhere near what I'm paying for. Is there something I need to do.

There is no 10 day "settling" period on FTTP, that is only on FTTC.
FTTP (which the OP must be on for the 900Mbs service) should be full speed from the start.

My apologies there @Jayach I misread the package! You are right and the speeds should be full from the get go. Even if it was FTTC though, those speeds would be far too low even during the settling period so it definitely needs a much deeper investigation. Thanks for clarifying 🙂
