Can't find address

We have been trying to activate Vodafone broadband for home without success.

We lived at this property 2 years ago and had Vodafone broadband service, closing the account in June 2022. Now, when we try to activate the service the Vodafone website says it cannot service this address. We get the same the same response when we call the service number.

We are confused as we had Vodafone in the past and it is available in the house attached to ours.

Unsure how to resolve this issue.

@mike_pet - thanks for posting. I understand why this seems confusing. It sounds like we may be at capacity within the cabinets, for where you are at the moment. 

Is there a way of confirming if this is the case? I am still confused why addresses attached to the house come up as serviceable if it is indeed capacity issue.

Is there a possible solution or do we need to go with a different provider?

To take a closer look @mike_pet, could you please add the address in question to your private Community profile?

I have added the address to my private profile.

Our landlord called a third time. This time the person on the line could find the address using the openreach system but not on Vodafone's and they suggested a technician could be sent to connect us. Unfortunately, our landlord didn't know what plan we wanted when she called so nothing was settled.

We are trying to get this sorted online if at all possible because each call for us is a long one at international rates with an inconclusive ending.

@mike_pet  I spotted that you mentioned "international rates". Is the property in the UK?

Yes. We currently are not.

@mike_pet Ta, that cleared my confusion up.

Thanks @mike_pet I have checked the address and it is recognised on our website and shows you should be able to obtain a package, at what stage do you see the issue and do you have a screenshot you can share of any error message you see? 

You can speak with the sales/activations team via webchat instead of calling, if there is a way of processing your connection this will be the best team to help get this resolved.
