Due to price increases on my home broadband with Vodafone I used the online chat to negotiate a better deal. This kicks in this week and I've received a new router in the post. An Openreach engineer is booked to come out but to do what? This seems unnecessary when nothing is changing, I'm on the same Fibre2 package, just a few pounds less per month.
