Hi All,
My full fibre was booked for install last week CF engineers did not complete it, however my old copper line was disconnected at 2am that day so have been without broadband since.
Another CF team came out yesterday (originally scheduled for 01/05/2024) and installed the full fibre line and I have 4 green lights on the ONT. However, Vodafone could not get the line running with CF on the phone. I then called and was told it would be up in an hour which it wasn't and then was told by midnight which hasn't happened either.
Is there anyone that can help me get this issue resolved or a team at Vodafone I can contact? I have made hundreds of calls since last Monday to get to where I am and would pull my hair out if I had any,
