Hello, I have waited over a month for my Fibre Activation Date which is Friday 2nd August Openreach are emailing and texting everyday to make sure I am in at 8am. However, as of 6pm 31st July the Fibre Router kit hasn’t even been despatched by Vodafone despite their initial email saying the kit will “be delivered 3 working days prior to installation”. So what happens if Vodafone still don’t despatch it tomorrow AND openreach complete the switch Friday. Presumably I am left paying Vodafone for a service that I cannot access as they haven’t sent the kit out? ##~##.
