No broadband since 6/12/22

I’ve had  no broadband

since 6/12. (Almost 2 months!) “Broadband” and “Service” lights don’t light up on ONT. been told there is an “issue at the pole” by Vodafone and that’s what cityfibre told them, clearly being lied to because there is no pole at my address, it’s all underground cables,  More than 5 deadlines set by cityfibre to fix the issue have not been met. How this is possible in the 21st century is beyond me.

 

vodafone incredibly difficult to deal with and don’t provide updates on progress of external work. Beyond frustrated and disappointed
