Replaced Vodafone THG3000 router with Vodafone Ultra Hub from Ebay that was still sealed in box

Hi 

Tried to upgrade router with Vodafone ultra hub from Ebay connection 1G on fibre. Unable to get internet connection but can log onto router and onto WIFI. Have reset router and used app to try and connect with no success.. Is there any other settings to check or change?.

I believe the router needs to be activated and provisioned on it's original contracted broadband connection. Basically, you've bought a doorstop.

The WAN port on the vodafone's routers expect and will only connect to a PPPoE session. So not usable directly as an AP, but possible use as a switch with wifi.

Any guidance on setting for this if possible please. Have managed to get it to work as a switch and wifi but seems unstable with conflictions.

Have you switched off DHCP in the Ultra hub?

Just what sort of conflictions?

Had switched off DHCPv4 Server and changed IP as pictured.

Issues found WiFi seems to perform well with random disconnections. And some confliction with other equipment connected to LAN ports
