Still awaiting activation 4 days after install

Currently on day 4 of internet light flashing red on router 4 days after fibre was installed.

 

No service light on the fibre ONT also.

 

When I call customer services just keep getting passed from department to department to try and get this sorted.

 

At least this time city fibre actually turned up to install and didn’t cancel! 

Thankfully I took out the pro plan so am able to use the backup 4g dongle but it is a far cry from the gigabit speed I signed up for! 

Hopefully this gets sorted soon!

I am in a similar situation to you, except I’m now 12 days down the line. Cityfibre have visited twice, only blew the fibre to their cabinet yesterday, and it’s still not working. All lights on the ONT are green, so the connection is definitely something to do with Vodafone, but they are just saying it looks fine their end, refusing to even try anything like resetting the credentials/password, and telling me to wait again until Monday when they will speak to Cityfibre again who *may* have send an engineer out, which will no doubt be within the next 10 days or so. Absolute joke.
