No Service Light on Fibre Box

I was due to have my new upgraded plan today but suddenly there is no Service light or connection. Apparently it is a CityFibre issue. I don't think so. Been on chats and calls. Just a joke. If its not fixed tomorrow I'm going elsewhere.

NOT IMPRESSED

I’ve been a Vodafone broadband customer for nearly 30 minutes and so far I am let’s say “less than impressed”. the broadband app is impossible to login to. I have 14 days to evaluate this. Things will have to improve drastically.
