Why oh why did I stick with Vodafone Broadband

I ordered an upgrade to fttp and engineer arrived, installed fibre and ONT, plugged the router into the ONT and left. 

Despite ONT having green lights and Internet light on Vodafone router being steady on white, I still have no Internet. Online chat says service not yet activated. The old ftc connection no longer works leaving me with no broadband. Vodafone think this is acceptable and I’m expected to twiddle my thumbs hoping someone does what is necessary to make it all work - no one has a clue what is going on. Vodafone are shambolic.

Was the connection made today? If so vodafone don't hide the fact that activation can happen at any time up until midnight on the day. I believe they state that fact in one of the emails they send you.

You may have a physical connection as can be seen by the white light, but no service until you're provisioned.

Let's hope the provisioned does not fail .or you could be waiting a few days .which some times can happen
