I have a vodafone thg3000.
How and where can you change wifi channel on the above router?
Logged into my router I go to WiFi tab at the top of the page, then select "WiFi Settings".
Only choices I see 2.4 Ghz, wifi mode, mixed 802.11b/g/n
Bandwidth 20mhz
And 5 Ghz, mixed 802.11n/ac
Bandwidth 20/40/80 Mhz
There is no option to change channel. I ask as there are a few neighbours on vodafone internet too.

i agree it cost effective if you keep your land line connected, 10 quid extra, other providers is 15 quid

And they give you a link or number for customer services. We've been here years and seen it all.
If you can go to a vodafone shop and find someone that can change your WiFi channels do that.

the old version of the app allowed you to do it if needed, i have found it and installed the app (android)
For me i just leave in auto mode, but i like to understand how all this works, or why it is prevented from working.
I have also a super hub, i may connect it again and see if the old app will allow you to split the 2.2 and 5 channels which the router has disabled it

I think you will find the old version will nor even recognise the Power Hub, but do let us know if it works for you.
