Broadband disconnected

I had an electrician around my house doing some work today, so electricity was turned off. When everything was turned back on my Vodafone Broadband stopped working.  Has anybody got any ideas what I can do please? I've tried restarting the router but no luck.

Surely a restart was unnecessary, as the thing should have just powered on as per normal, so could it have returned to DEFAULT settings?

So what lights are visible?
