Had been with Vodafone for 2 years or so, on the 28th August Vodafone terminates my home broadband with no notification. After spending an hour in-store(Unable to help) and 30 mins on the phone they gave me the excuses
“Your neighbour has taken your phone line”
“Go talk to your neighbour”
“There is nothing I can do”
“Would you like to be a new customer”
This is laughable. Why on earth would I want to be a new customer, I didn’t ask to stop being a customer.
Vodafone must have too many customers and is deciding to trim some off.

Hi @peter_uk, another Open Reach provider can take over the line without us needing to contact you but it's strange that this has happened with your neighbour as opposed to a line you have taken out yourself.
