Right...the broadband is terrible. We've had many problems. Got a new router and now we are back to slower than slow slow slow. So we want to cancel....BUT typical we can't find our end date. I've seen both 18 month contracts and 24 month contracts. How do I find out?? SO silly...it should be on the app.

Edit: Do not cancel your broadband, let the new supplier do it or you may be without broadband for awhile.
