Cannot get Vodafone FTTP broadband but everyone in the street can

Hi,

I have been through this a few times already and going around in circles.  

I have talked with the broadband sales and support teams and they are unable to figure out why I cannot get FTTP when other properties in the street can. 

I have talked with OR who owns the fibre runs here. They haven't got anything wrong on their end and suggest that Vodafone perform an ORDI. 

So today I have been on the phone for over 30 minutes with the Broadband sales team, I cannot fault the bloke at all as he was trying his hardest to help, but the other departments Broadband tech and activation teams when he mentioned ORDI said they have never heard of it. 

Is there anyone that can help me with getting an ORDI performed on my property? 

I have had FTTP for over 5 years and it has been in the property prior to that too. 

Any help will be amazing!

It seems like if you contact them via Social Media, they can sort this for you!

Thanks @JB-21. I did see that post and thought I would raise a new one but it seems that others have jumped onto that post to get it resolved. 

I still find it strange that we have to go through their social media teams to get an ORDI and cannot do this  through their broadband team over the phone. Where that team say they have never heard of an ORDI
