Connection Problem

Hallo,

The connection quality of the GigaCube Max I am using is terrible. It disconnects every day and every time ranging from few seconds to few tens of minutes. I never expect that this expensive service provides me with the worst connection. Can anyone let me know what to do to improve this connection quality?

I appreciate it's frustrating when something like this happens as we need to connected at the best of times and even more now due to these unprecedented times.

You may find some tips via a forum search for similar threads.

The Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries should be able to help you further but please take into account with staffing levels being affected one has to be a little patient for a response.

The Gigacube works by connecting to the 4G or 5G (where available) mobile network, if the connection is dropping this will be due to the network at the location.

 

It might be worth following this link Network Issues There is also a link on the thread to the Network Status Checker where you will be able to check the network status and the speed you should expect.
