Gigafast no internet

My gigafast internet is down today randomly from the afternoon

light on router is red for internet 

ONT box service and broadband lights are off. 

tried restarting ont box

tried restarting router 

tried resetting to factory

all wires checked and fine

router homepage has “no IPv4 address “ as error

chat was useless and can’t get through on the phone

Was this ever resolved for you? I’m having this problem now and am really struggling to get anywhere with Vodafone. When the engineer came out they said it was a dirty fibre port, cleaned this and left, but the problem still persists.
