I have upgraded from Vodafones broadband router (which works fine) to the Vodafone Wifi hub. I have used the same cables and tried the ones supplied. all the lights are on the router to say it has internet connection etc but my laptop and tv connection via the LAN ports says no internet? So I am back using my old router. Why wont it recognise the wired connections? Faulty router? Help?!

I am guessing there may be an IP range problem.
192.168.0.1 and now 192.168.1.1 AND/OR a gateway issue also.
But I could be wrong, and your supposition about having a faulty router is correct.
