Hi,
Anyone having issues with their 4g back up with the new Ultra Hub? I've connected the 4g hub to the back of the router via USB-C, got a solid white light on it. When I check the status on the settings, it says the 4g hub is offline, even if I unplug the ethernet to the fibre box from the router. The mobile light on the back of the router doesn't illuminate either. I've spoken to support, who arranged for a new 4g hub to be sent, which I've just swapped over & it still doesn't work?
Any advice or should I just bin it off and suffer the outages?

Edit, another hour or so spent with support. Finally working, after 3 router resets!
