Pro 2 4g back up

Hi,

 

Anyone having issues with their 4g back up with the new Ultra Hub? I've connected the 4g hub to the back of the router via USB-C, got a solid white light on it. When I check the status on the settings, it says the 4g hub is offline, even if I unplug the ethernet to the fibre box from the router. The mobile light on the back of the router doesn't illuminate either. I've spoken to support, who arranged for a new 4g hub to be sent, which I've just swapped over & it still doesn't work?

 

Any advice or should I just bin it off and suffer the outages?

Edit, another hour or so spent with support. Finally working, after 3 router resets!

@Esurient - thanks for posting the update. I'm glad to hear it's working again. Sorry you've had to spend so much time trying to get it resolved.

Had similar. Problem was the PIN setting on the back up dongles SIM. This needed inputting into the routers page
