So updated to this from Pro I

Speed great but first 12 hrs unable to sync the phone app or extender.

Also the landline didn't connect till about 6hrs later.

Left it on overnight and suddenly the app could sync to the router and hence could add the extender.

Moral is leave it on overnight and wait

For anyone else with this type of query - we recommend waiting until midnight on the day of any activation or upgrade, to give time for these to process 🙂
