My PC is 3 metres from the router and cant pick the wifi signal up. When troubleshooting on the PC it says the network you have previously connected to is not in range. Any ideas please guys

Hi @jharrison71, have you ever been able to connect your PC before and do you have this issue when trying to connect any other devices?

The most likely scenario is that the router is broadcasting on a WiFi channel that your PC is not able to see.
Personally, if you've previously split the WiFi SSIDs, then I'd recombine them. Your PC should then connect to the best of the two bands that it can see. At least you'll get a connection that way!

Thanks for the reply @markd.
PC has been fine until the last couple of weeks when its been intermittent at picking up the signal. All other devices are fine.

Hi
Try an analyser?
Then if your PC picks up external Wi-Fi broadcasts change your router.
If it don't change your adapter.
If in doubt please ask.

Prego.
Ask them for their Wi-Fi password.
