I'm new, about 6 weeks in, and having major trouble with my speed. I've had OpenReach out for 2 days digging up the street as a problem was found with my line. They fixed it and were achieving speeds of 32Mbps back to the exchange. Vodafone still can only get 18Mbps (29.2Mbps Guarantee) to my router but now blame Covid19 for not being able to fix it. "When this Covid situation goes away, we'll investigate further" was the exact message from the support desk. It's amazing as I come from NowTV (28Mbps) and TalkTalk (26Mbps) on the 'faulty' line. anyone else having these issues?
