I am trying to get a super wifi pro booster to pair with the router, but the white light on the booster keeps flashing white. I have the Vodafone Broadband app on iOS, and the published instructions say to 'Click on the super wifi tile' and follow the instructions. However there is no super wifi tile in the app dashboard, even after I have reinstalled the app. The booster box is definitely in a location where there is a wifi signal because I am able to connect to the router in that location from several other devices. Is there an online version of the instructions for connecting the booster? How can I tell if the booster is connected up correctly?

I'm on 19.4.0551-3269082
The advisor said something about not being a full update but more of a package he was pushing in. So not sure if it would change the firmware version.
Curious to see the replies

That is the same firmware I am on and I am not Pro.
I imagine what he sent was a change to the configuration so that it recognises the booster. I believe when you are on Pro some options are removed, such as the ability to split the Wi-Fi bands.
The configuration file will have been added to your account, so that if you reset the router it will automatically download it again.
Glad you got it working.

Interesting, I'll have a look tonight. I remember seeing the option to split the WiFi before receiving the package. I'll have a look tonight to confirm if it's still present.

I just had a similar issue. The Super wifi tile wasn't appearing in my app so I couldn't set up the booster. I had to call Vodafone support and when they looked into it they said my router was missing some firmware. They updated the firmware while I was on the phone and the super wifi tile appeared. All OK from that point.

I had this issue with both my initial boosters and received some kind of update which didn;t solve the issue. Both boosters are in the process of being exchanged as they cannot do both at the same time.
The new one I received connected no problem yesterday but this morning it wont connect despite all attempts.
Could this be a hub issue instead of a booster one ?

Oh please let this be the VF router having picked a channel that the VF WiFi booster cannot see - if so it would be incompetence on the part of VF to a level the World rarely sees.
As for the solution, the best I can suggest is some Xmas spirit, a takeaway, and speakerphone so you can hang on the line waiting for VF support!
