Vodafone contract activated last week along with OpenReach implementing Full Fibre.
OMG, this has been the most painful experience. Since then...30+ outages per day, making it impossible to work, stream etc
Vodafone keep apologising but no resolution. I have tried for hours investigating and nothing seems to stabilize.
All I have is the Ultra Hub, 2 x Boosters and handful of devices attached to the wifi. OTN box showing green lights, so assuming no issue on the main fibre line. Switched to compatibility mode just in case there is a devices that is recycling the router. Also, went for the Pro package with the 4g backup router that doesn't seem to kick in at all.
I need some help from this community.
Is it a line issue or router issue? Any troubleshooting tips? All ideas welcome.

Shared the following with Vodafone Support... but didn't comment. I'm unclear what these mean.

My router resets were terrible when I first got the Pro II router.
I had resets all the time and looking in the logs I saw 'system self' as the reason. I was told power issues could be the issue and all sorts of other issues that didn't transpire to be the answer. Here is what I did to get my router to now only reset every 10ish days;
Completed a firmware update via the router menu. There was one available when I clicked to check and as it was fresh out of the box running for 1 day, I expected there may be a router upgrade available.
If you have the 4G backup dongle plugged in via usbc, I shifted this to USBA->C, that lowered the resets. If I leave the dongle on usbc, within a few days the router resets and even though there is a white light on the dongle, its not registered as active on the router menu.
I then did a complete reset of the router, I disconnected it from the ONT, followed the setup via the Vodafone Broadband app (by the way the app never worked until I reset the router and started it all again). It somehow needed bluetooth pairing and this worked on the first complete reset I did (bearing in mind I simply got this router, connected it up and plugged it all in without the app and it just worked by connecting to the VF service and never used the Broadband app).
The router reset and pairing to the Vodafone Broadband app then worked and router was more stable.
I've no idea what profile or config these routers get when connecting to the service for the first time but a few calls to broadband support in the first few days required me to tell them my router serial number to 'configure' things.
I've run an ISP and it was never this bad activating a costly pro fibre service and expecting stability.

@NealW This " ff02::1%guest@br-guest" is showing-up in a number of new threads lately. Did you call 03333 040 191 or use the social media?
Do you also see "session.lua:103: changeUser(): changing user to vodafone" in the log? The router is either losing the PPPoE connection or doing a power cycle. If it is VF remote control then you will see TR069 (or TR69) labels.

I'm obviously seeing loads of these - see my new thread

I got Vodafone fibre 5th August and have had constant dropping episodes every couple of hours. Escalated to Vodafone several times and they have had me doing reset after reset, moving boosters and even taking devices offline because they said it could be problematic. Escalated to cancel and was transferred to 2nd level support who finally advised that there is a known firmware issue with the Ultra Hub. Found out so far this has been an issue since Jan 24 at least. No ideam when update available.

If it were being caused by a firmware error in the Ultra hub, I'm sure we would have heard more complaints on the forum.
Seriously, take anything Vodafone tell you on the phone with a large pinch of salt, in fact use the whole cellar.

Hi I have a UltraHub1 and 2 boosters, the hub keeps losing connection, it has been doing this from new at the end of July.
Did a bit of digging around and found it’s not the line dropping out but the UltraHub rebooting.
The rebooting appears to quite random, sometimes high activity others times in the middle of the night with no activity. ?
It appears Vodafone know all about this problem and have been trying to fix it for some weeks.
If you look in the logs you will see the entries associated with a reboot.
The problem seems to be with the watchdog within the unit timing out, that’s my best guess.

Vodafone have been aware of the problem for 10 months that I’m aware of and still have no resolution. They are just good at initially pretending they know nothing about this problem and then after weeks of complaining admitting to the issue.
