Recently upgraded to the FTTH Pro 200 service. This is working well but the account details in the app haven’t been altered to the new service and the back up dongle is red ie not working

Hi @daryljmullen, this is very strange that you're still seeing your old package on the My Vodafone account. If you send us message on Twitter or Facebook, our broadband team will be happy to take a look at this. You can find the contact details here.

Spent 90mins on the web help thing yesterday 3 different teams.
Established that the upgrade was cancelled at the Vodafone end in the 2 month gap between ordering and installing.
None of the 3 teams able to help.
All I want is the original order reinstated.
