Will Vodafone be partnering with openreach for FTTP?

I've been with Vodafone since just after the new year and my FTTC speeds have been slowly degrading. Currently it's fallen to about 8meg under what my speed guarantee is and after having it investigated by Vodafone being told there is nothing they or openreach can do.

Then suddenly out of nowhere Openreach have enabled my property for full fibre. I read last year that Vodafone had signed a deal to partner with OR to deliver FTTP via their platform. What with one thing and another that's been going on recently are we any closer to getting some info if and when this will be available?
