Xbox one connection

Just moved to Vodaphone and sons Xbox connection keeps dropping after around 30min, wired and wireless connection. Xbox still shows as connected on the router.  Just ran the connection from a mobile phone hotspot and no problem.

Hi @Bruce2509 , with you saying you've just moved to us, was this in the last 10 days? The reason I ask if because you may find dropping connection during this time as it's part of our stabilisation period where the speeds are going to fluctuate. Do you find the broadband is dropping out when connected to any other device?
