I am on Vodafone fibre so just under a year and no problems getting 10mbps but over the last 5 days I am getting terrible performance on YouTube on wifi on all devices. It either buffers, doesn’t play video and occasionally I get a period of a few minutes with no problems.
I have rebooted router and reset firmware and spoke to Vodafone but no solution. If I connect to mobile data all is good, and all other streaming video sites work fantastic and my wifi speed is always good. Any ideas?

Just signing in... I'm also having the same problems with YouTube videos buffering/not playing normally and Play Store apps not updating. This is across several devices and does not happen when using a 4G connection or other Wi-Fi connections.
The problems started around the end of August and for a few weeks I had buffering issues on live sport on Prime Video and other streaming services (All 4), although I live streamed something yesterday on the BBC IPlayer and it worked fine.
I've raised the issue yesterday with the support team on the chat and had someone from the Wi-fi Xperts team calling me and saying that they modified some router settings and it was all working fine at their end.
Today I'm still experiencing some buffering issues with Youtube and Play Store updates, hopefully there is a solution available soon.

@mg-walessadly they won't even acknowledge it as a fault with the network so there's no way this is being fixed any time soon 😞

I just spoke to somebody else after spending an eternity on hold and it's now being escalted to 3rd line.

Now this is interesting... captured whilst trying to install an app inside Bluestacks (Android emulator)
Connection is reset between myself and a remote IP address:
Remote IP address --> *.1e100.net
*.1e100.net == Google
This seems to happen over and over.
Have sent the Wireshark capture to Vodafone. Will see if anything comes of it.

Same problem.
Play won't install update unless on 4g or VPN.
YouTube very slow.
Live near Cirencester.
Clearly a Vodafone problem. Take some responsibility for once and acknowledge this fault and get it fixed. Stop wasting my time & money.

Has anybody had any further feedback from Vodafone regarding this issue? I haven't heard back since it went to L3.

I've just returned from my business trip and have raised with social media support (via Twitter) to add more "me too" support cases to assist them in prioritising the issue. It was immediately confirmed back as a "known issue" and they've asked for any and all information I can provide to assist them with narrowing the cause. At this time, no additional information on cause or timescales. I'll spend a bit of this afternoon trying to diagnose from my side and will send this through to them.
