Coming up to 2 years of owning 2 Gigacubes. We first had a pair, one for the home the other for the holiday cottage. We paid a higher business rate for the holiday cottage & paid out of our contract after the first year.
The other one is nearing the end of our contract & we won’t be renewing. 2 years of shocking service, the Gigacube having to be unplugged multiple times per week & moving to a different area with better coverage but suffering the same poor service.
Lost count of the hours spent on the phone to foreign call centres trying to sort issues. I give up in the end. Why is it that my personal mobile on Vodafone is fine but sitting in the same room the Gigacube offers awful service week in week out? It has to be the Gigacubes themselves?
