Hi.
Just want to say I am very pleased with the repair service.
I noticed the purple tint issue on my HTC One M7 (from March 2013) a month or so ago.
(I had also overlooked an issue with earphone plug and an intermittent scratchy radio playback.)
Raised the call with customer service last Sunday, delivery package arrived on Tuesday.
Shipped Wednesday, arrived to repair on Thursday morn circa 7am, investigated between 9-11am, and a return delivery sent by 1.30pm.
Pleased to see a replacement phone in my hands on Saturday morn.
So far so good all my issues are gone. My phone was in immaculate condition and so is the replacement.
