Hello, my internet speed has dropped again, nothing i do can change it are you capping me again! lasted 2 months last time, i just kept thinking it would go back to normal but it never did, spoke to a support person about it before and he told me its all good even thou it was below the guaranteed speed, then after i put the phone down it went back to normal funny that! 63 is about normal for me, but back to below 50 now? maybe its petty but your rules say we guarantee speeds, done all the restarts nothing changes.

Thanks

@GordonRN This test from BT https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL will show the minimum acceptable speed BT will accept a fault at.

The line speed changing after your call could be co-incidence but also could be a result of you using the telephone as it shares the same infrastructure to the cabinet as your broadband.

Hey I will try that and i dont have a home phone so the call was done on a mobile.

It's sounding like these resets are happening frequently (unnoticed), and as a result DLM has kicked in in an attempt to stabilise your line. Raise these resets with Vodafone:
