I've seen some posts about this , but they seem to suggest it's been fixed. Been with Vodafone since October and finding now that the speeds and reliability are poor in the evenings. Watching off iplayer and it will suddenly stop and pause for around a minute, several times. Really annoying. It's fine in the day. I've jumped through some hoops already, like changing from my own tplink router to the Vodafone one, made no difference. Also the tv is connected to the router direct with Ethernet cable and the tech person said to change the WiFi channel. When I explained that I didn't see how the WiFi channel would effect the wired connect she ignored it and insisted I change the channel of WiFi. Anyway. It's still happening. When I do a speed test while it's happening it can be anything from 1 to 15 mbps when it's usually around 35 to 40. Any help or advice? I think it's due to more people using the internet but not sure. It's jumpy tv when using iplayer or itv hub, or Plex built in to the tv, but if I chromecast plex it seem ok which is odd. Help please

Connection issues are still relevant. All speed tests once again suggest I don't have an issue but there is always a delay when initially trying to contact a website.
I've just loaded this site and got the following. The website wasn't formatted properly and needed a refresh.
My internet was also off completely at 1.45am this morning. Vodafone obviously presume all their customers are in bed at that time!
Is there ANY way of sorting this if I don't have social media? I'm not putting up with this for 2 years.

Re-boots around that time are often DLM adjusting your connection speed. Could also be the router updating firmware.

When I go to my task manager>performance>ethernet, I see constant spikes.
There's something not right here. It might explain that, whilst my speeds seem OK, I'm getting connection problems.
If you use task manager to monitor network activity can you tell what app it is that may be using that bandwidth? (see the attached screenshot whilst speedtest is running in Firefox.)
Have you run a malwarebytes scan to check if you have any "nasties"

I've just registered on this forum purely to acknowledge your plight and sympathise.
I had the exact same issues for the last couple of months (maybe more) so finally gave up and switched to TalkTalk. Went live today, and as I type this at 8pm I see roughly 38Mb download on a speedtest compared to 1-2Mb on Vodafone previously. Daytime testing/use - never a problem.
Something is seriously wrong with their service...

Thanks for sharing.
Hopefully it will be resolved

I moved to BT last Friday and my download speed on my mobile WiFi has never fallen below 71meg sitting in the middle of my house.
It's funny how vodafone's technical won't listen and the mear mention of WiFi will cause them to blame everything including the kitchen sink as the problem rather than fixing the problem.

You have repeated this claim again with no real evidence, but plenty of us are capable of doing our own tests and have witnessed the timed peak time slowdowns and selective throttling to devices.
Numerous people have left for more reliable IP because of the weak speeds, misleading marketing and abysmal customer services. Im happy that you are happy with your service, I was for a couple years before it tanked completely. But don't try to convince other people that this isn't happening.

17.28 Mbps down at 10pm tonight. Occasionally on mid-week afternoons I've seen 56.6 Mbps down, so come on VF get a move on.

Same issues for me. Evenings it's just so slow, the other night took the biscuit when it was this low. I couldn't believe how low it was!
Contacted Vodafone and apparently they messed around with the settings but I'm not really sure they actually did anything. I changed from BT beginning of December, never had an issue with low speeds.
First noticed that web pages were taking a while to load, or my BT sport app couldn't load the stream. Then the other night I kept getting kicked out of Warzone while playing with friends, so had to abandon it that night. Super frustrating! They say they don't throttle speed but something of thier's can't cope with the traffic! If it continues then I'll have to terminate my contract. Thank god for ofCom!

I am getting slow speeds in the evening too, every day during the day, it’s fine! Then when it reaches around 5pm everything starts to take a while to load. Had no issues at my old house!?
