Since my contract started in August 2020, I have constantly had this really slow speed, I opted for the Vodafone superfast 2 package "which offers a 80/20 service" with a minimum of 50mbps. Not once has a recieved even half of this. Even after numerous openreach engineer visits and numerous phone calls with vodafone, the issue still doesn't seem to be fixed. I am trying to find out the problems if it is my service or if it is the openreach line, and what I can do about it. In all honestly, all I want is the speed that I am paying for.
Please could someone explain these stats. Here are the stats that I pulled from the Vodafone router:
Any help or understanding would be greatly appericated
I look forward to anyones response

If you are all "in the same boat", perhaps a complaint to the local council, or M.P.
Try to get the local press involved, take it to the regulator, Ofcom?
You might have had more "push" were you still with B.T. as they are owned by the same company as Openreach.
I wish you luck, it's not a good position to be in.

That's not a bad idea to be fair, I will try to contact the council see if they can do some community funding for full fibre for the entire town. Thanks for the suggestions!

I used to have BT and Sky before VF and they had very similar speeds

Then you have a definite line fault. Openreach are averse to spending too much money fixing copper problems, with FTTP imminent. Do you know when you can expect it?

I had an email back in January saying that FTTP was coming to my area, after no response after a while I rang up Openreach asking when they are coming to my area and they said that they have had no plans (even though I got the email). After that, I checked the Openreach where and when website to which it said that there are no longer any plans. They are refreshing their list sometime in november so hopefully my area will be back on the list.
Is there anything I can do in the mean time??
