How long has this connection been active? How often do you disconnect, if at all?
The SNR is quite low so I'd expect a much better sync speed. I suspect you've been wrongly provisioned with superfast 1 rather than superfast 2, something that only vodafone can sort out.

@Ripshod Thanks for the response!
Do you know what the optimum SNR is? For example what is yours, and are you having any issues with your broadband?
I do not think that I have been provisioned with superfast 1 as the upload speed exceeds the 10mbps upload within superfast 1, but there is no harm in asking.

Try this BT checking tool to make sure that the line has the bandwidth.

While the image is awaiting moderation ... I had a poor line and the OpenReach chap just moved it to a different socket in the green cabinet and instantly solved the problem. Obviously this may not apply in your case, but it's worth asking.

I will see what I can do with that, but VF are less lenient to sending out engineers now, and have to wait 72 hours, which is a pain. Last time I asked for an engineer, I had an appointment and they never turned up. I will try to see if I can chase that up and get an engineer out ASAP

@notsuperfast the best realistic ratio would be 3dB. When I was on superfast 2 mine was 12.1dB and I still got around 66Mbit download.

I assume that if the SNR is high then the ping would be high also.
Here is my ping from the vodafone router web interface (27ms when at times it reached as low as 13ms):
Any ways of solving this too? Or is it once again a line issue?
