Calling out from landline

I can receive calls on my landline but cannot make calls out. My phone is correctly plugged into the router and the phone signal is lit. Can anyone help?

Try a reset by holding the recessed reset button on the router down for 10 full seconds. Let it settle for 10 minutes before trying again.

Thanks so much. In fact I called the customer service line and they were brilliant. Pleasnt, helpful and sorted the problem out very easily. If it happens again I'll try your fix first.
