Does Superfast 2 63Mbps broaadband with Anytime minutes phone deal use VOIP for phone calls?

Hi all,

If I get Superfast 2 63Mbps broadband with anytime phone minutes deal, does that use Voice over IP (VoIP) for the phone calls? i.e, if the internet goes down that means I can't make phone calls.

Basically I need the phone to work even if the internet goes down so if Vodaphone use VoIP this deal is no good for me.

I am on that deal and my telephone is still good old copper wire.
