So I had Gigafast broadband installed last week and I'm very happy with it. However, I also opted for phone service and it hasn't started working yet. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with tech support on Thursday evening and I was told it would be sorted by Monday.
Well, it's Monday and I still don't have a working phone. No lights on the router for the phone service.
Tried calling support again this evening and bailed after nearly 20 minutes on hold. Someone please tell me the service and support gets better than this?

Unfortunately, we don't have access to account over the forum, so I would advise to contact us on social media so that we can get this looked into for you, and get you up and running with your phone service as soon as possible.
