Hello - I raised a fault with my landline last week, 17th June.
No dialtone, inbound call gets engaged tone. Broadband continues to work..
Happened after the big storms.
Followed usual instructions on trying master test socket etc. without success.
Agent raised a fault ticket number 876055 but there has been no progress and the line is still faulty.
Please - how can I get this escalated and a refund for the loss of service?
Thanks @MarkD - posted on Twitter last night, but still no response...how best to talk to someone about this?
Understand times are difficult, but no contact for more than a week is poor.....
